Some Permission Slips require Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software comes already installed on most computers. If you are having trouble opening up a permission slip then you probably need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click on the link / picture below to get your free copy of Adobe Reader.
All permission slips are also available at the rectory.
Remember, all permission slips must be returned to the rectory by the deadline.

The Bread Truck is a monthly service project for the High School Youth Ministry. We serve meals to the poor on the Bread Truck each 3rd Thursday of the month. Please call us at 371-5966 with any questions.

Teens are encouraged to participate in our upcoming Blood drive August 19th. However, you must be at least 16 years old to participate. Permission slips are required for teens that are 16 & 17 years old. Click below to download, print, and complete the permission slip below. Bring the slip and a photo ID with you on the day of the drive.
